These mince pie treats are perfect for christmas time, you can still have all the great tastes of mince pies and still be within syns and lose weight!
Dash of Milk
Mixed Spice (as much as you like)
1tbsp Icing Sugar
1. Pre- heat your oven to 180C or gas mark 4.
2. Place the oats, egg, milk, mixed spice, mincemeat and sweetener in a bowl until all combined.
3. Divide the mix between 3 silicone moulds or 3 cupcake cases and place in the oven and cook until golden, risen and a skewer comes out clean when placed through the middle. Let them cool.
4. Mix the icing sugar with a little water to make a paste, divide the icing over the 3 and then serve!
