‘Mince Pie’ Treats

These mince pie treats are perfect for christmas time, you can still have all the great tastes of mince pies and still be within syns and lose weight!


40g Oats
1 Egg
Dash of Milk
Mixed Spice (as much as you like)
1tbsp Mincemeat
1tbsp Sweetener
1tbsp Icing Sugar


1. Pre- heat your oven to 180C or gas mark 4.

2. Place the oats, egg, milk, mixed spice, mincemeat and sweetener in a bowl until all combined.

3. Divide the mix between 3 silicone moulds or 3 cupcake cases and place in the oven and cook until golden, risen and a skewer comes out clean when placed through the middle. Let them cool.

4. Mix the icing sugar with a little water to make a paste, divide the icing over the 3 and then serve!

For all 3 of these it is 5 syns plus your healthy extra B choice!

    Just made these mince pie treats and doubled the mixture which made 14 mini muffin mince pie treats so I worked out 7 of these would be 5 syns if included as my HEX B. But how many syns would they be if I didn\’t put the icing on them. Can\’t wait for them to cool down so I can try them. Thanks for the recipe. Love your you tube videos too. X

      The icing is 3 syns so deduct 3 syns. Mincemeat is 2 syns per tbsp 🙂 x
